Building façades, cladding, roofs, canopies, signage, hardstand and more — if it's part of your site's exterior, we can bring it back.
Q2 Will water blasting damage our cladding or paintwork?
No — pressure and method are matched to the surface. Delicate surfaces get a soft wash; concrete and steel can take more.
Q3 How often should a commercial building be washed?
Most sites book an annual or twice-yearly wash — more often near the coast or main roads. We'll recommend a cycle after the first clean.
Q4 What areas do you cover?

Q5 Can you work around customers and tenants?
Yes — washes are scheduled around trading hours and occupancy, and our crews work discreetly on live sites like hotels, villages and retail.
Q6 What happens to the wash water?
We manage wash-down carefully to keep contaminants out of stormwater drains — protecting waterways is part of our environmental policy.
Q7 Can you rejuvenate asphalt and hard surfaces too?
Yes — moss and mould removal, deep hard-surface cleaning and asphalt rejuvenation treatments that can extend a surface's life by years.
