Concrete Dust Sealing
If you want to prevent dust ruining your concrete floors, you should invest in a good sealer. A sealer will create an invisible barrier between the concrete and the outside world, which will help to keep dust and dirt from seeping into the pores of the concrete.
There are many different types of sealers on the market, however we use “Sika® Purigo-5 S” as our go to concrete dustproofer and surface hardener.
This product is a high-quality sealer that is designed to provide excellent resistance to staining and abrasion. It will also help to protect the concrete surface from UV rays, which can cause fading and discoloration.

Why do I need to protect my concrete floors from dust?
Concrete dust sealing helps protect your concrete surfaces from wear and tear, as well as from the elements. By sealing off the pores and crevices, you can extend the lifespan of your concrete floor and keep it looking its best for longer.
Not only does this help protect your investment, but it also makes the floor easier to clean and safer for your employees by reducing the amount of dust that can become airborne from commercial/industrial use. Sealers will help your floor resist dirt and grime build-up, making the cleaning and maintenance process much more cost-effective.
When should I seal my concrete?
You can seal your concrete as soon as it has cured, which is typically about 28 days after it has been poured.
In most cases, “The sooner, the better” to ensure that your floor is in the best possible condition when the application process is being carried out before commercial or industrial use.
If you have an old floor that is dusting or deteriorating, we have a number of solutions that involve different types of sealing applications and, in some cases, we can mechanical grind your concrete floor to expose a new surface.

Originally starting as one operator and one ride on sweeping machine we have now expanded to over 30 staff and more than 50 machines. We have a large variety of different machine types and sizes to cover sites from 50 square metres to over 50,000 square metres.
We offer a wide range of extra services related to the industrial sweeping business. We also fit all of our trucks with GPS tracking devices, so we can tell you when they arrive and leave your premises.
